Getting There

Traveling by air? We recommend using the Regional Transportation District (RTD) Light Rail A Line from Denver International Airport to Denver Union Station for $10. The ride takes about 40 minutes. Union Station is 0.8 miles from the Embassy Suites where you can walk, take public transportation, or rideshare.

Traveling by vehicle? The hotel offers valet parking only and is subject to availability at $42 plus tax per night. You may also use the Spot Hero app to search for a nearby parking space or EV charger.

Be Prepared for the Mile High City

Altitude warning! Denver is a mile high and the air is thinner and dryer. Follow these tips to prevent altitude sickness.

Check the weather when packing your bags. Temperatures in September can range from mid-60s to low 80s.

Dress for success. Plan for a business casual experience and bring layers as the meeting room’s temperature will vary.

Plenty of great food options in this walkable city so bring comfortable shoes!

BASEBALL GAME: To attend the Colorado Rockies vs. Arizona Diamondbacks baseball game on Tuesday, September 17, at 6:40 p.m., follow these steps to purchase discounted tickets.

DINNER with a BOARD MEMBER: Wednesday, September 18. If you are interested in attending a small group dinner hosted by one of the NAFMNP board members, please complete this form.

FARM TOUR: Tour of The Urban Farm on Thursday, September 19. Meet in the hotel lobby. Bus departing the hotel at 1:30 p.m. and returning at 5:30 p.m. Limited availability.
